We are looking for a motivated, reliable part-time lead generation and marketing partner to help grow our junk removal, hauling, and moving company based in Sonoma County. We serve Santa Rosa and all surrounding Sonoma County cities, plus the Bay Area within roughly a 40-mile radius of San Rafael.
This position is currently part-time (about 25 hours per week). As we drive more business and continue growing, this role has the potential to become a full-time long-term partnership within our company.
We want to partner with someone who works well independently, communicates professionally, and is willing to grow with our company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to reach decision-makers
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, online marketing, and especially Google Ads
- Confident attending BNI groups, realtor groups, and local networking events
- Comfortable building long-term relationships in the community
- Willingness to work in the field with the owner when needed
- Must have a valid Class C driver’s license
- Ability to drive company vehicles if needed (not the main focus)
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow into a full-time role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Cold calling local businesses and potential partners
- Scheduling appointments and following up with leads
- Running or helping manage digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook, IG)
- Attending networking events and representing our company
- Promoting our junk removal, hauling, and moving services
- Developing relationships with realtors, property managers, contractors, and community partners
- Supporting the owner in the field when needed
Compensation:
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
Additional incentives may be available as the partnership grows.
