Swimming Pool Technician
Location: North Bay, CA

Join our team as a Swimming Pool Technician, where you'll work outdoors servicing commercial swimming pools and aquatic systems. No prior experience? We’ll train the right candidate!

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and service for swimming pools and aquatic features, ensuring water quality and proper operation
• Clean and maintain pumps, filters, heaters, and water circulation systems
• Perform routine cleaning, vacuuming, skimming, and debris removal
• Test and treat the water using appropriate chemicals to maintain safe and balanced water chemistry
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and water quality problems
• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, valves, and automation systems
• Utilize vacuums and other specialized equipment to clean pools and remove debris
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers and team members
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally in all interactions
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience working independently in an outdoor environment preferred
• Previous experience in swimming pool maintenance is a plus (will train the right candidate)
• Basic knowledge of pool systems, water chemistry, and equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow a daily route and work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be insurable)
• Available to work Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor environments
• Comfortable working in and around water and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Ability to work independently, follow schedules, and problem-solve with help in the field
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
