We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our apartment communities located in Santa Rosa. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile professional who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining high-quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform general maintenance and repairs at our apartment properties.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and appliance repairs.
• Install and maintain carpets, flooring, and hot water heaters.
• Perform painting and other finishing tasks as needed.
• Troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently and safely.
• Perform heating and AC repairs.
• Complete unit turns (preparing apartments for new tenants).
• Assist with landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
• Must have your own tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Available to work Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Strong knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliances, hot water heaters, and HVAC systems.
• Painting skills are a big plus.
• Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
