We need a responsible, hard-working Facility Technician for our 11 rooftops in Petaluma, Santa Rosa and Napa. This position reports to the Facility Manager. For a detailed description of job responsibilities please apply and send resume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property inspection; including facility lighting, signage, irrigation, car washes.
- Responsible for equipment and property functionality
- Facilitate monthly and annual compliance inspections
- General facility maintenance for 10 business rooftops, including but not limited to; replacing sump pumps, repair cosmetic issues as well as plumbing and electrical issues.
Knowledge/skills Needed:
- Painting
- General handyman repairs and maintenance
- Plumbing & electrical repair
- Grounds maintenance / irrigation
- Knowledge of fire/life/safety systems
Experience:
5+ years in previous experience in a similar role, such as an industrial electrician or utility worker, is preferred.
Required:
Good DMV record and over the age of 21 to drive our vehicles
Good written and verbal communication
Great time management and project management skills
Professional demeanor to represent our company
Good problem-solving skills
Proficient computer skills including MS Office and e-mail
Works will with outside vendors/professionals and co-workers
Able to remain calm under pressure
Able to work with management direction and independently
Great attitude
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Note: Military experience in a related field may be considered as relevant experience.
Valid Drivers License and clear record is required.
