Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facility Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of our property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe environments, and has a general knowledge of various handyman-type tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine grounds maintenance, including landscaping, trash removal, and general exterior upkeep
Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks around the facility (e.g., painting, minor plumbing, light electrical, furniture assembly, etc.)
Assist with preventative maintenance to ensure the facility remains safe and operational
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
Identify and report any larger repair needs or safety concerns
Qualifications:
General knowledge of maintenance and handyman skills (no specialization required
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable and punctual
Must be eligible to work in the United States
