Sonoma Outdoor Escapes is a high-end residential landscape design-build company specializing in native and edible gardens, masonry, drainage, and sustainable outdoor spaces. We're expanding our team and looking for both a Landscape Foreman and Laborers to help us take on new projects across Sonoma County.

🔨 Position 1: Landscape Foreman (Hands-On Leader)
This is a working leadership position, starting part-time/project-based, with room to grow into a full-time foreman role.
-You’ll Work Directly with the Owner to:
-Lead a small crew while staying hands-on in the field
-Interpret and execute landscape plans
-Maintain clean, efficient, and safe job sites
-Track project progress, materials, and crew hours
-Communicate professionally with clients and subs
Ideal Experience:
-3+ years in landscape construction or maintenance
-Knowledge of hardscape, drainage, planting, and basic irrigation
-Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions on-site
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Pay: $30–$38/hr DOE
Hours: Flexible, part-time to start, with growth to full-time
🧤 Position 2: Landscape Laborer (Entry-Level or Experienced)
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working outdoors, wants steady work, and is open to learning and growing in the landscape trade.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
-Digging, planting, moving materials, and jobsite cleanup
-Assisting in building retaining walls, drainage systems, and more
-Supporting the foreman and crew leads on daily tasks
-Showing up on time, ready to work, and with a good attitude
Requirements:
-Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
-Punctual, respectful, and coachable
-Some landscape experience is great, but not required
-Willingness to learn and grow is more important than resume
Pay: $22–$28/hr DOE
Hours: Project-based with the potential for more steady hours
