We’re a growing general construction company that specializes in residential remodels and additions. I’m looking to add an experienced member to our team. We self perform all demo, excavation, concrete, framing, doors, windows, siding, and finish carpentry so general labor, cleaning, and job site maintenance is part of the job.
Looking for someone with 10+ years of experience, have your own tools, reliable transportation, and most importantly a team player. We’re a no drama crew so you have to fit in with that. These guys are all professionals.
Reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans is a must. (Don’t say you can if you can’t it will be very apparent). You will need to have experience in layout and not just that studs go 16in on center. Plumbing layout, electrical layout, cabinet layout, material take offs, organizing job sites and staging materials to be as productive as possible. The crew you’ll be working with are good and set the bar high so you’ll have to match their pace.
Compensation starts at $32/hr after 6 months if you prove your skill set is worth more than that we will adjust the hourly accordingly.
