Our amazing 1997 class A RV(bus style chassis), only a C license is required to drive. Never been lived in. We have done alot of upgrades. $3000 in tires, $1000 in brakes, $1000 in shocks, $1200 for wheel bearings. Generator on board. 100 gallons of clean water, 70 grey, 40 black, 40 gallon propane. We removed the old tube tv and made an information center with back up camera and charging doc for phones and tablet. Updated a lot of hardware to brushed nickel and all LED lights on the interior. Two new batteries last year. We resealed the roof and exterior hardware two years ago. We keep it covered in the winter, cover comes with it. New Tempur-pedic queen mattress. Porcelain toilet. Less then 45k miles. Second owners. It’s a GM 5500 frame with a Chevy 454 engine so parts are easy to find and install. 30’ so it fits in federal parks. Sleeps 2 adults in the queen. Sleeps one adult or two kids on fold down couch. The dinette sleeps one adult or two kids. Captains chairs for driver and copilot. With no pop-outs you can use the bathroom and kitchen while driving. No leaks. We need $10,000 as a down for our new RV.
