Well, due to health concerns, I will not be installing. a 20’ x 22' used, heavy duty metal Mezzanine w/ stairs. My family is putting their foot down. I have to take it off my list. I have too many projects. I am open to trades in order to get some of my other projects done. The Mezzanine can be reconfigured make smaller -longer (no, I’m not willing to split it.) You buy it you take it all. So if you are contractor needing more space in your warehouse, I could use a roof job .I have other construction projects, solar system for a campsite or a car for grandchild that could use a good running car. Let me know what you willing to trade who knows. I just might be interested. I’m selling for $8000, but it can be a mix of trade and money, in either direction.
The picture is of it assembled, it has already been taken down. and ready for you to move . I do have a forklift, but I’ve been unable to get it started . If you can get it started I have no problem with you using it.
