compensation: Compensation $18-$22 per hour DOE
employment type: part-time

Bella Notte Linens is looking to fill a part-time (15-20 hours per week) position for a supporting role to our Human Resources and Accounting departments. Our office and warehouse are headquartered in the Bel Marin Keys area in Novato. This is an administrative support role and requires the highest level of confidentiality. HR and Accounting experience is preferred, although not required.

Duties to include:
~ Admin Support to Accounting: Filing, mailings, invoice distribution
~ Producing and assembling paperwork for Open Enrollment and New Employee Packets
~ Time Clock reconciliation
~ Light payroll processing
~ Credit card reconciliation
~ Data entry
~ Commissions support

Desired skills & experience:
~ Experience with Paychex Flex or a similar platform
~ Competent in MS Word and Excel
~ Google Docs and Sheets familiarity preferred
~ Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
~ Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred
