I owned and maintained a large building built in 1904 for 20 years. Carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tenant management. I've dealt with it all. I also have deep experience with bicycle, motorcycle and auto repair. If there's something I can't fix I know people with additional expertise who can. I enjoy figuring things out and would like to work with you on your problems.
Starting rate $50/hour - negotiable for large projects.
