I am available for small electrical jobs in Sonoma County.
My availability is as follows:
M-F 8am to 430pm, estimates at no cost
$150 for first 2 hours(minimum rate jobs)
$75/hr there after
$500 Day rate of 6 hours maximum
I give a ten percent discount to seniors and veterans.
Mobile homes are a special situation and I am not interested in working on these units if it was built before 2010. Please understand I will have to do a through inspection to make sure there aren't any surprises before I can give an estimate on a mobile home.
The following are examples of the work I do:
●Subpanel install
●Dedicated circuits ran for new equipment.
●Electric Car charging station install.
●Outlet installation: Lighting and power / remodel / new construction.
●Replacement: lighting fixtures / upgrade of switches / receptacles.
●Electrical Consulting: Safety and function assessment of devices and fixtures
●Troubleshooting problems ($250 mimimum charge for three hours, $75 per hour there after)
There are exceptions to what I will charge for, given certain circumstances. I will always try to save you money. I'm not out there to price gouge.
My work estimates are free.
My electrical consultations are not free.
I charge a flat rate of $150 before doing a consultation walk through.
Please be aware of the difference.
I will likely ask which one you want and will ask for the consultation charge before beginning a walk through.
All work described by me in a consultation should be performed by an experienced, qualified, electrical worker.
