Vintage RIEDEL ‘Montreal’ Crystal Red Wine Glasses, set of six (6) was made in Austria of 24% lead crystal. They are from in-law’s estate, used but well-kept and are without any flaws…no chips, scratches, scuffs, or dishwasher hazing. The delicate tulip-shaped glasses are about 7-7/8” H x 3-1/4”-dia., the rim, 2-3/8”-dia. Each has the ‘RIEDEL’ logo done in script etched on the underside/leading edge of the foot. [According to Google AI research, ‘The RIEDEL logo, in its early years, was done in a script format on glass. This script was used for Riedel glassware made in Bohemia from 1890 to 1925, coinciding with the Art Nouveau period.
