Gifted by not used, this vintage GERITY Candle Snuffer G 48 Silver Plate ‘Cavalier Helmet’ is of heavily-plated silver. Its design is based on that of a snuffer found in Warrick Castle, England ca. 1740. This is a late 1970s - 1980s reproduction of that. The handle has five (5) impressed hallmarks. The snuffer comes in its factory-sealed plastic bag along w/Pacific Silvercloth tarnish bag and care card. All contents are in its original retail carton, the latter intact but with minor shelf wear. Being in sealed packaging the snuffer has not tarnished but has retained its original pristine silver gleam. It is about 10” L, the helmet about 1” w x 1-1/2” H. It’s available for local pick-up in San Rafael, cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
