PEMKO Aluminum Automatic Door Bottom, 28” Max/Surface-Mount, Clear Anodized was surplus from remodel. Old new stock, it still is in original shrink-wrap packaging. The door bottom consists of an aluminum case which surrounds a movable drop-bar seal that is actuated by a plunger which contacts the hinge-side jamb as the door closes, forcing the drop bar seal down against the floor or threshold. When the door opens, the seal rises automatically. The aluminum housing is 28” L x 1-3/8” H x 1/2” W; it can be trimmed to suit doors widths 24” - 28” W. It’s available for local pick-up in San Rafael, cash or PayPal/Venmo.
