Brand new rustic style fixture. About 12" high with an 8" diameter shade. Plenty of cord length to hang from a very high ceiling or beam, but fully adaptable to any length for just about any indoor location. It's light enough not to require adding a chain to relieve stress on the electrical cord, and it has a metal cable that runs parallel to the cord for that purpose. But you can always add a chain if it would better suit your decor.
