Vintage set of 2 original Ilmari Tapiovaara for Asko Mid-Century Black Vinyl Upholstered "Caribe" Bar Stools. Condition is Excellent. These have been in storage for over 40 years. ICF sticker on base (New York, NY). Made in Finland. These are the only set on the internet upholstered in black. Bases are solid cast bronze! Lovely!

Made in the (1950/60s) finished metal and burgundy vinyl upholstered "Caribe" bar stools with low backrest, curved seat, pierced foot support and signature machine textured round base made in Finland by Designer Ilmari Tapiovaara for ASKO.
