CALPHALON Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch Griddle/Crepe Pan was used briefly and well-kept in the interim - Very Good, with a few scuffs (not scratches) on coating. Sides of nonstick surface are low with gentle slope - crepes easily removed, pancakes flip easily, too. Pan heats quickly, with even heat distribution. Aluminum core provides rapid heat conduction, and anodized exterior improves durability. It is oven-safe, too. Comparable commercial-grade pan is about $240 on-line - see Photo 10. This is classic model made in USA - Toledo OH; much Calphalon now is made in China. Pan is available for local pick-up in San Rafael, with cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
