Cottage/unit wanted to live in. Airbb friendly up for one weekend per month , I manage, u get 20%.

Hi, I'm looking for a sweet cottage or unit to live in and would like to be able to airbb it up to 10 days per month and probably more like one weekend per month.
I got this idea from the airbnb website.
They advertise airbnb friendly apartments that you live in but you can airbnb a certain number of days per month ( that site '..../airbnb-friendly') . The landlord gets 20% of the airbb revenue and the tenant manages the airbb listing. This sounds really interesting to me except the places they advertise are not my style at all (large apartment buildings).
I do go away a few days each month usually as I like to backpack.

I am into healthy holistic living and I'm pretty quiet. I am studying to be an acupuncturist and living modestly. However I can't live in a hovel or with strangers I have nothing in common with!
I thought this is a good idea so that I could live in a decent nice place and stick to my modest budget because the airbnb would supplement my rent.
Marin, Sonoma preferred on a quiet street away from highways. A bathtub, direct sunlight, an attic? Cottage? Cabin?
I don't smoke or have a pet.
