Hi, I'm a 44-year-old artist looking for a one-bedroom or studio apartment in or around the Petaluma area. I've been a resident of the Bay Area for over 3 years and am a quiet, clean, and respectful tenant.
I work full-time in Petaluma and can afford a monthly rent of **$1,100 to $1,200**. I'm a non-smoker with no pets and am a single tenant. I'm looking for a lease of **6 months to a year**, but I am open to a month-to-month situation as well.
