I have to move by 9/30/2025. I have Section 8 voucher. Looking for studio or one bed house granny or cottage in Sonoma County (preferably by river). Have cat. ALTERNATELY : Could move to a two bed with my daughter (disabled Veteran & her husband). Would LOVE rural, with pets. Thank You.
