Hello I'm 60 years old I have a voucher that I've had for 5 years in good standing but became homeless at the end giving up my RV to travel instead I decided to stay I need a one bedroom I have a hud voucher as I mentioned and I have two beautiful three year old English bulldogs for which I've had since they were nine weeks I've never had any issues with them and I can get references and they do have a doctor's compassionate note, please I don't want to lose my voucher it will be coming up in October that it's going to be over and I won't be able to get a place with the voucher anymore please they're so hard to get and I've been in good standing I just thought I was going to travel away and I ended up not going. if you have a place I can rent for at least a month or two I can look for another place or unless things work out for longer term. P.S. I get $1379 a month HUD pays the majority 70% I pay remainder 30% it also all depends on what utilities are included. It's pretty simple, it does however need to be inspected one time and then maybe once a year or two after.
Your rent is paid on the first every month guarantee in other words pretty much but I'm a good renter and I want to get into a new place with my babies and just live the rest of my life out it's a long term is really what I'm looking for thank you
