Artist seeking private and peaceful sanctuary (sebastopol)

So I put out this call to anyone who may have a space that would resonate with these desires. Affordable, clean, private, reasonably spacious, self contained and well maintained.
I am an artist, musician, gardener/herbalist and spiritual practitioner who works mostly remotely from home. I cherish my home environment and seek a space where I can rest, dance freely, play my music, have my things, create, have space outdoors to grow food and flowers and be in peace and autonomy.
When it comes to the space or the location I am very open, as long as it meets these needs. I do not wish to be obligated to any strict work-trade agreement but I am more than happy to consider flexible services that may be mutually beneficial (I am great with animals, gardens, house sitting, etc.). And of course, it goes without saying, I’m perfectly happy to solely provide fixed monthly rent. I very much desire to rent from someone who is kind, compassionate, open minded, respectful, responsible and caring, as I myself seek to exhibit these qualities.
