We are a Santa Rosa based Home Care Agency who needs someone to work from home after our office hours and on the weekends to answer our calls. Must be able to work weekends.... Must live in Sonoma county as required to come to our office at end of day for report, cell phone and lap top and then return items and provide report in the am. Would love someone who could assist in the office to cover during vacations and emergencies.
Paid orientation. Must be able to multi-task, have excellent phone skills, be people oriented, able to problem solve, have computer experience and be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
Applicant should have experience in a medical office, a Call Center or are (or have been) a CNA or Home Care Aide. Experience in staffing a plus. Must be reliable and able to learn scheduling software. Must have transportation and be able to pass background check. Requires current COVID vaccinations.
