Our Agency is looking for a FT RN Clinical Case Manager (Monday through Friday) in Santa Rosa. Will cover Sonoma county only case managing home care aide clients and some skilled clients.
This is a 40 hrs / wk position in a non Medicare Agency. You would be joining a clinical team supported by a RN NP who owns the Agency. We will train the right person who joins our team.... New grads welcome.
This is not a remote position. Full benefit package offered which includes mileage, health, dental, 3 weeks PTO and Company credit card for expenses.
