Looking for that special RN to join us as a Clinical Case Manager. You would have a case load of pediatric home care clients and developmentally delayed adult clients as well as some of our home care aide clients. Position is Monday through Friday and is a 40 hr / wk position with benefits. Our office is located in Santa Rosa and our clients are in Sonoma County only - we need another nurse to join our team!
New Grads are welcome. We are a nurse owned and family run agency with a supportive clinical team.
This is not a remote position. Full benefit package offered which includes mileage, health, dental, 3 weeks PTO and Company credit card for expenses.
