RN or LVN needed FT as a Case Manager. This is a Monday to Friday position and our office is located in Santa Rosa. We are a nurse owned licensed Home Care Agency that provides home care aide care and skilled services (non Medicare) in Sonoma County. We have the best of both worlds - providing caregiver services to our elders in Sonoma County and the legal ability to also provide skilled services without the paperwork of Medicare! Our Agency is busy and needs another nurse to join our team.
