Ensure outstanding patient care from the beginning to end of patient interaction. Provide excellent communication by phone and in person regarding the patient requests, needs, and concerns.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
Greet and welcome patients.
Maintain a neat and orderly front office including reception area.
Check and respond to emails and revenue well promptly
Sort, organize and distribute mail.
Manage the CRM/recall system.
Ensure patients have updated all necessary paperwork prior to treatment.
Manage on-call patient list to fill no-shows and failed appointments.
Collect payments from patients at the time of treatment.
Post payments received of the counter or over the phone.
Schedule patient appointments.
Schedule to goal.
Ensure that patient records are accurate and complete, and that patient confidentiality is strictly maintained.
Coordinate patient referrals to other practitioners.
Ensure that correct coding is used to designate the diagnoses and procedures performed.
Ensure the correct provider is posted to the ledger with correlating treatment or product
Provide patient education materials.
Oversee hygiene schedule and notify them of any abnormal schedule changes
Other duties as assigned
