Upholstered Red Oak Side Chair w/Sled Base, Like Modu-Form, like Model LS701 but earlier, possibly 1960s era. It is about 31” H x 20” W x 20” D, the seat, 17-1/2” H. This chair likely dates from the late 1970s. As such, it’s seen some use but generally in very good condition for its age. The oak frame is firm and tight, but it does have a little rubbing on the sled base. The heavy-textured beige fabric upholstery on the seat and back are in very good condition, with just a bit of wear on the leading edge of the seat from thigh rubbing. It has a tightly woven, lightweight black cambric fabric on the underside that is in excellent condition. It’s available for local pick-up in San Rafael, cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
