This is an authentic Herman Miller/Eames 30 White Plastic Counter Stool; it is virtually new but without retail tags. It has the Eames logo embossed on the underside of the seat. The stool has an injection-molded polypropylene plastic shell and powder-coated black, 1/2”-dia. solid steel base with leveling floor glides. It has a continuous bar/footrest that stiffens the leg assembly. The stool is 40-1/2” H (back) x 18” W x 20-3/4” D; the seat is 25-3/4” H. The stool weighs about 29 lbs. The iconic Eames Molded Chair Collection was designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1948, and it’s been in continuous production since 1950. Herman Miller now makes and distributes the Eames Stool, of which this is one. A new Eames counter stool retails for $545 + Tx, but bargain-priced here for a virtually new one. It’s available for local pick-up in San Rafael, cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
