As pictured. Works. Standard e26 bulb socket. Shade is fully intact but I don’t like how it doesn’t get held firmly in place and swings around, banging into the riser. That can fixed with better rubber washers maybe. But I’ve broken the shade before due to this problem. So just keep that in mind!
