Rare Artist Proof signed by Storm and exhibited in Los Angeles in lead up to the release of the entire series of large format prints in 2011. The fact that it is a signed artist proof makes this particularly unique because it is one of only a handful from the series of 10 that were hand signed by Storm prior to his death. The total number of hand signed prints from this series is less than 5 (excluding this artist proof). Additional prints in the series were stamped by StormStudios only and did not include the legendary artist’s genuine signature. I purchased this print through the San Francisco Art Exchange, and had it professionally framed in Los Angeles using archival mounting, a beautiful large white linen mat, and simple bold black wooden frame. Because the print was on exhibition for a period of time prior to my purchase there are some small imperfections along edges, and a small tear in the lower right corner. To ensure a clean framing, mostly all of these imperfections are beneath the linen mat. These imperfections are minor and do not detract from the presentation.
Print is currently being stored at my office in Petaluma, CA (north of San Francisco) and can be viewed by appointment.
