9.5' LUXE THREE-SEAT-CUSHION
SOFA, Italian Brompton Leather. The RH site lists this sofa at 9' and 10', but this one is 9.5' from the widest part of the arms. Other measurements, overall depth is 49", Frame height is 31".
I have had this couch about 7 years, it is in good condition! The great thing about these couches are the leather, when scratched, looks pretty natural, its meant for wear and tear. My dog did scratch it trying to make a bed, and while it doesn't look bad, if you look closely you can see them. It hasn't been used a ton over the years as it has been in the basement and because there are monsters down there, the kids don't go very often.

The couch is a deep chocolate color and is super comfy. It stays very cool in the summer especially during the hot spells. It holds up very well with children and dogs. The ottoman is scratched from the dog but still good, I am basically throwing this in.
