I have been studying the way they put these together on their website and even though there is no manual, one could figure it out.
The piece is not the smallest fixture they have.
The fixture on VIPEK that has the pieces is V11S (may be slightly different measurements of this unit but the same structure-no wheels) but there are additional pieces which extends out beyond that unit. I think it would be challenging yet fun to figure it out.
