Clearing in-law’s estate; these were found - open carton but virtually new, (1 Pair) QuickFit Shoe Insole Inserts for Arch Support, Semi-Custom are intended to enhance personal stride. Inserts can help relieve foot pain, Plantar Fasciitis. insoles are Men’s/13.5-15, hand-trimmable to suit intermediate sizes in that range. Trimmed to fit, these insoles can be worn as-is or heated to mold specifically to personal foot shape to help provide better arch support. Moldable to feet in two ways: 1) Wear insole in shoes and footbeds, wear-mold to feet over time, or 2) Heat-mold insole by placing it upside down on baking sheet, heat for 10 minutes at 175 degrees to quick-contour them - then place in shoes and go for a walk - takes about 5 minutes.
