This has a paper cut-out on the back which reads:

I believe this is a print of that original because it looks like it is marked Fred Parker 1989 in the lower right hand corner and then signed by Fred Parker underneath.
Matted in Blue and Framed in Silver, the blue and green colors are beautiful and the detail in black is amazing.
The frame is 24" x 18" and the art is about 12.5" x 19"
