Valley Memorial Burial Plot - $4,800 (novato)

Each plot is $4,800 and must be sold together, $9,600 for both.
Currently, the prices per plot at Valley Memorial start at $7,000.
They are located in the Garden of Remembrance where only in-laid markers are allowed.
The plot numbers are 2710 and 2610.
In addition to what we are selling the plots for, you would be required to pay Valley Memorial directly for the difference from what was originally paid for the endowment care fund to what the current cost is. We originally paid $400 per plot for the endowment care fund and it is currently $900 per plot, so your cost would be $500 per plot.
We will be paying for the transfer fee of $550 per plot to Valley Memorial.
