Large Vintage Original Art Painting Winter Farm Scene Signed - $50 (novato)

I am not sure of the method/ technique used on this art. Possibly watercolors or block print or both.
Signed in pencil. Unframed.
The colors are muted and moody. Turquoise, tan, beige and black. It looks like a winter farm scene to me with leafless trees and bushes, pine trees, an old wagon and houses.
Entire paper is 19.5" x 25.5", the painting itself is 21.5" x 15.5".
There is a "border" between the painting and the outside edge of the paper that is 23" x 16" ... possibly faded from being in a frame.
