I bought this used for the basement sump of a building that I worked in. We never installed it. Now I'm helping the building owner clear-out items in the basement.

eBay and other internet resources indicate that this sells new for $800 to $1000, maybe more with the PumpMaster pump switch. But it's not new and the power cord is damaged, and needs to be replaced.

So our price is $399, and I'll offer a money-back guarantee for 60 days. (I'm told that it's worth more than $400 just for the parts but I'm assuming that you prefer a working pump.) So replace the power cord and make sure that it's performing properly. If it's not, I'll refund your $399 purchase price.
