$250 million looking for real estate funding
I represent a (Cal) REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) with $250 million available for real estate loans.
Private money, flexible with stuff "banks" can't handle.
Borrower issues.
Property issues.
ANY kind of real estate.
$300k to about $15million per loan scenario.
They will be a bit low on the LTV side, but they can be flexible with other stuff.
