Skilled BOH Manager:
-inventory management
-weekly specials design
-stocking and space organization
-weekly produce buying
-ongoing of training prep chefs
-prep/boh hours
Ideally 25-30/hr per week
(15hrs on shift in cafe)
Other hours flexible
Compensation $25/hr
BOH prep chef:
-Am/pm BoH shifts
-must have extensive kitchen experience
20-30/hrs per week
$20/hr starting pay
