Acre Group is opening a new fast-casual concept focused on fish & chips, grilled items, and high-quality, simple food done right. We’re looking for a strong cook who’s ready to step into a leadership role and help set the tone for the team from day one.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items (fish & chips, grilled items, sides) to high standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
Help lead shifts and support team members during service
Ensure food quality, consistency, and speed
Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For:
Solid cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen
Leadership mindset — someone who leads by example
Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy shifts
Food safety knowledge is a plus
Schedule:
3–4 shifts per week
Shift options: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Compensation:
$22/hour base + tips
Estimated total: ~$32/hour
