We are seeking to add a reliable, friendly, and dedicated Night Audit Supervisor to our team. The right applicant will have prior experience in Hospitality and/or Customer Service, a personal commitment to excellent service, a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills. Reliability is extremely important. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. On-call availability desirable.

This is an overnight shift, 11pm-7am.
Daily duties include:
Making and modifying room reservations using choiceADVANTAGE reservation system
Checking guests in and out in a friendly and helpful manner
Fielding and fulfilling guest requests
Handling guest complaints while maintaining a pleasant and understanding disposition
Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate area in a friendly manner
Relating a general knowledge of the history of the hotel to the guests
Sharing a general knowledge of surrounding areas, as well as the local tourist establishments, attractions & restaurants
Handling cash and credit cards
Tidying up the lobby
Running Night Audit function on choiceADVANTAGE and distributing daily reports to management and owners.

Lift items up to 50 lbs
Assist guests with luggage
Work standing for the majority of an 8-hour shift
Maintain a cash drawer and accurately count back change to guests
Work well with others professionally and courteously
