Breakfast Cook needed for award winning bed and breakfast inn. Our 18 room inn is famous for fabulous pastries and unique breakfast entrees—and the ability to adjust breakfast items for guests with special dietary needs/restrictions. Duties include menu creation, taking inventory and creating a weekly shopping list, and production of fresh breakfast pastries and a unique hot entree each morning. Also, daily cleaning and upkeep of our well appointed full commercial kitchen after service. May also be required to serve and bus on low volume mornings. Must have (or be able to readily obtain) a valid Food Handler Card or Serv-Safe credentials. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Position consists of 5-6 morning hours, 5-6 days a week. Pay range is $15-17hr depending on experience and abilities, with possibility of a performance based raise after 90 days. This is a superb opportunity for a creative culinary student or emerging chef looking for a place to make their start.
