Flour Chylde is an all gluten-free bakery & cafe highlighting on its artisanal baked goods, breads, sandwiches, soups and salads amongst other items.
The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Taking customer orders and fulfilling them in a timely manner
* Stocking the sandwich and coffee station
* Taking customer breakfast/lunch/sandwich/coffee orders and fulfilling the orders properly and in a timely manner
* Prepping, decorating and packaging baked goods
* Stocking the display cases and shelves
* Properly sanitizing all equipment and keeping clean work areas including customer areas
* Properly executing on the opening and closing duties of the retail store
* Prepping other food items and completing a variety of tasks assigned by the department manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Three years of experience in customer service in the food industry
* Current Food Handler Certificate
* Previous food handling experience in the food and beverage industry, barista experience
* Attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to work in cross-functional roles as needed (front-of-house & back-of-house)
* Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturday and holidays, as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
* Able to stand for extended periods of time
* Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 25 pounds
EDUCATION:
A high school diploma or GED required

Tuesday to Saturday
