General Manager / Dining Room Manager
Busy Neighborhood Bar & Restaurant
We’re looking for a hospitality pro who loves the rhythm of a busy dining room, knows how to lead a team, and takes pride in creating a place where people want to hang out.
This role is for someone who can run the floor, connect with guests, and keep the energy of the room dialed in on busy nights. If you enjoy working with great people, solving problems on the fly, and making sure everyone leaves happy, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading the front-of-house team during service
• Setting the tone for hospitality, pace, and guest experience
• Coaching servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Keeping the dining room organized, smooth, and welcoming
• Working alongside the kitchen to make sure service flows
• Jumping in wherever needed during busy shifts
What We’re Looking For
• Experience running a high-volume restaurant or bar
• Someone who leads from the floor, not the office
• Calm under pressure with strong people skills
• A genuine love for hospitality and community
• Nights and weekends are part of the rhythm
