You are an experienced cook looking for an opportunity to work out on the coast in Jenner in a new casual food restaurant that is gaining a loyal following. We have a small basic comfort food menu—all made from scratch, with care and attention to detail).
You will be in charge of the kitchen during service (currently Saturday-Monday) with 2 additional days of prep (Thursday and Friday). During the lunch rush you will have a backup cook to assist you.
There is a real future here for you if this is a good fit. Front of house shares 20% of their tips with you and while gas prices are high you will receive $15/day for gas allowance.
If you have, or are willing to get a food manager certificate pay will increase significantly.
Depending on your experience pay is $26-28/hr to start.
