Using your culinary skills, you will cook steaks, hamburgers, sandwiches, pizzas, and small plates in our wood fired pizza oven.

Tasks:
*Season and cook food properly according to recipes
*Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes using various kitchen utensils and equipment
*Portion, arrange, and garnish food in order to serve to customers, paying attention to details and customer specifications
*Regulate cooking temperatures in a wood fired pizza oven
*Keep a clean and organized kitchen/prep area
*Follow all safety procedures
*Show teamwork and effective communication
*Help greet customers
