We’re looking for a Shift Lead who loves the service industry and wants to grow with us. This is a full-time position for someone ready to take on more responsibility — either as a steady, reliable presence in the store or as a future member of our management team.
You’ll help guide the front-of-house team, support daily operations, and make sure each guest experience reflects the heart of Altamont.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the service team during shifts.
Maintain a welcoming, positive environment for guests and staff.
Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
Communicate with the kitchen and ownership to keep service running smoothly.
Uphold our standards for cleanliness, organization, and hospitality.
Help train new staff and model great service.
Who You Are:
Passionate about food, hospitality, and community.
Experienced in customer service or café/restaurant work (lead or supervisory experience is a plus).
Calm, kind, and organized under pressure.
A great communicator who leads by example.
Excited about becoming a key part of a team that values care, quality, and connection.
