Terra Calistoga and Inn is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable team member to help us deliver a warm and memorable experience for our guests and shoppers. If you love wine, enjoy connecting with people, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Pour and serve wine in a welcoming, informative manner
Sell merchandise and assist customers in the retail shop
Answer phones and respond to inquiries with a professional, upbeat attitude
Book appointments and check in guests at the inn
Support day-to-day shop and inn operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Enthusiastic and personable with a great attitude
Strong communication skills and comfortable on the phone
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
Hospitality or retail experience a plus
Must be 21+ to serve wine
Weekends and some holidays may be required
